Operator Disclosure
GLOBE is an independent mini app developed and operated by Chris Dolinski (`@1dolinski`).
GLOBE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Farcaster, Base App, Opera, MiniPay, World App, or any other wallet or app host used to open it. Mentions of those platforms are only for compatibility and access context.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GLOBE, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
GLOBE is a country-guessing game that includes a daily puzzle, Learn Mode, Hard Mode, leaderboards, and optional replay or unlock features. The core daily game is free to play.
Some optional features may rely on wallet-connected access, token balances, or on-chain payments when those payment paths are live on a supported platform. If a payment path is not configured, it stays unavailable.
3. Fair Play and User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, spoof results, or manipulate the leaderboard.
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or other tools to interact with the game unfairly.
- Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app or its APIs.
- Harass other users or misuse social or share features.
- Break applicable laws or platform rules while using the app.
Violations may lead to leaderboard removal, loss of access to optional features, or being blocked from the service.
4. Wallet and Token Features
Wallet-linked features are optional. If you choose to use them, you are responsible for confirming wallet prompts, checking token amounts, and reviewing destination details before approving a transaction.
On-chain transfers are processed by public blockchain networks and cannot be reversed by the operator. The operator is not responsible for failed, delayed, stale, or misdirected transactions caused by wallet configuration, network issues, unsupported hosts, or third-party software.
No refunds are promised for completed on-chain transactions.
5. Intellectual Property
The GLOBE name, artwork, interface, and original game presentation are owned by the operator unless noted otherwise. You may use the app for personal play, but you may not copy, resell, or republish its branded content without permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
GLOBE is provided "as is" and "as available." The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, permanent availability, or that the app will always be free from bugs, downtime, or third-party service issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GLOBE, including loss of data, loss of access, leaderboard disputes, or token-related losses.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of GLOBE after an update means you accept the new version. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises, both sides agree to try to resolve it through good-faith communication first.
